Managing the hormonal shifts through our cycles while dealing with every day life can be so horribly overwhelming. It can feel isolating, exhausting and stressful.

This class includes gentle practices, with hugely beneficial breaths & simple relaxations, easing common symptoms to make these times feel more manageable.

You do not need to have practiced Yoga before, wear fancy yoga gear, or be bendy, fit or active.

Anyone who deals with menstruation, the transitions through & around, including after menopause, as well those who have had or are having a hysterectomy, we offer you a welcome circle in this monthly class.
