Enjoy a four week all inclusive course with our lovely therapist Mika of Shang Therapeutic Massage

Over the four week course you will learn about the wide range of benefits of baby massage as well as a full body baby massage routine.

What is Baby Massage?
Baby massage has been a longstanding parenting tradition in many cultures, such as India and Africa. It was introduced to the western world around 30 years ago. The course draws from both the Indian and Swedish massage techniques as well as incorporating principles from Yoga and reflexology. Our course teaches parents a sequence of rhythmic stokes and soothing holds which have been developed and refined over many years.

Who are the classes for?
All babies from 4 weeks old, there is no maximum.
All parents and primary caregivers

A towel
A favourite toy to help relax
A spare nappy

If you are unable to make one of the course sessions you can arrange to catch up privately with Mika.

Try to ensure that your baby has not been fed at least half an hour before the session.
