Laughter Yoga (Hasyayoga) is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter.

Practised in a group, with eye contact and playfulness between participants, Laughter Yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter.

Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.

Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even relieve pain.

Laughter Yoga provides benefits for the body, mind and spirit in many different ways.

Laughter Yoga is suitable for everyone, it does not involve poses or postures, just an openness to having fun. Heath Warning:
