An Introduction to Yoga Postures, a 4 Week Beginners Course to help you advance in your own practice
Wk1. Sun Salutations | Wk 2. Shoulder Stands | Wk 3. Warriors | Wk 4. Wheel
This course will give you an understanding of some of the fundamental yoga postures and sequences, including exploration of how to make them work for you. Each week will have a different focus and is ideal if you are completely new to yoga or would like to improve your understanding of the postures and learn how to adapt them to suit you
Wk. 1 | Sun Salutation week – a series of classic postures performed in a flowing sequence for the purpose of honouring the elements. This workshop will explore Earth, Sun and Moon salutations.
Wk 2 | Shoulder Stand week – will focus on opening the shoulders and building core strength to work towards shoulder stands
Wk 3 | Warriors week – in a world which often feels out of control, explore the empowering warrior poses, this class will make you feel proud of your thighs!
Wk 4 | Wheel Pose week – will focus on opening the front of the body and strengthening wrists, shoulders and hips to work towards deep back bends and wheel pose.

Dropping in? Pay £7 cash on the day for individual course sessions or £13 for both the 6:15pm course class & 7:30pm classes (2 classes in total)
Booking the 4 week course? Pay £20 for the full 4 week course, or £48 for both 6:15pm & 7:30pm classes on all 4 dates (8 classes in total)
