Join us for a our Winter Preparation Mini Retreat

As we move from Autumn to Winter, we share nutritional seasonal foods and warming practices of Yoga that can carry us through this shift so we maintain energy levels, keeping us active when we may feel like hibernating through this season.

We invite you to indulge yourself to a very deserved day of Yoga, deeply nourishing practices of movement, relaxation, breath, mudra, mantra, massage and Yoga Nidra.

10am Welcome Breakfast with Masala Chai, Waffles & local Honey and fruit.

10.30m to 12.30m We’ll start the day with a Guided Relaxation to drop in to yourself letting everything else drop away.  This will be followed by a 90 minute practice of joint freeing with gentle somatic sequences for hands, feet neck, hips and shoulders. We will learn head and facial Marma Point Self Massage, topped off with Restorative and Yin (surrendered opening & lengthening) postures ready for the day ahead.

12.30pm to 1.30pm Lunch will be Veggie and Vegan catered for by the wonderful Vanita’s Kitchen (pls contact Vanita if you have any dietary requirements on 07989344463)

1.30pm to 2pm Experience a deeply Restorative Yoga pose for a 20 minute Yoga Nidra

2pm t0 3.30pm 90 minutes of Therapeutic Yoga, a Somatic Practice of floor based movements to unlock muscle tensions and dis-ease within the holding patterns of your body. Expect to feel deeply nourished and relaxed.

3.30pm to 4pm Closing practice with more Tea and Chanting

All levels welcome including those who have never practiced Yoga
