Enjoy a beautifully therapeutic practice that blends, Somatic, Yin & Restorative Yoga creating a strong and slow flowing sequence, all topped off with a Guided Relaxation.
And say after class for a few treats to top off the evening, a cheeky Pimms (or wine) with nibbles!
This class starts lying supported on the floor, with eyes closed so that you can draw your focus inwards to what you feel and not what you see as you are guided through a sequences of warming small, gentle and therapeutic movements to break muscle tensions and train the brain to relax key muscles, we will then move into seated, kneeling and standing poses, taking time to feel the body open, lengthen and release as we hold, and move deeper into each, or hold and strengthen.
This class is a perfect practice for beginners, athletes, those who have injury or anyone wants to wants to free tensions, increase flexibility and build strength as well as RELAX
