And we are back, with our first Mini Retreat in almost 2 years!!! Bonkers!

So, let us throw ourselves into 5 hours of all things really yummy for every one of our senses and each layer of being, and prepare to welcome the changes of Autumn as we move into the cooler shorter days with a Yoga practice that will support us through it. 

As summer is gone and we are now fully immersed in Autumn, with the last remaining warm’ish days turning super chilly and we head into the longer darker evenings, it can make us feel all kinds of things, especially as the last couple of years we have been so restricted in what we can and can’t do.

This Mini Retreat is created around the Yoga practices that will support you mentally and physically through these changes, bringing a bit of oomph into your life, keeping your body nourished and mind uplifted as we explore what we need and what feels good.

We will move, breathe, lean self massage tips and rest, all to bring balance to your whole being as we journey through this shift and into Winter. And of course, these Mini Retreats would not be what they are without our Yoga Nidras for deep rest.

  • 9.30am ~ Welcome Yoga Nidra
  • 10.15am ~ Pranayama, delicious breathing exercise to warm and revitalise
  • 10.30am ~ Discover Mama Point & Acupressure self massage tips and tricks
  • 11am ~ Lets move with a simple to do joint freeing practice & a fun revitalising sequence
  • 11.30am ~ And rest…
  • 12pm ~ Light lunch & lots of cake and tea
  • 1pm ~ Post Lunch Nidra to help you digest and rest
  • 1.30pm ~ Somatic Practice to juice those joints
  • 2pm ~ Closing Nidra and an uplifting chant to see us on our way

No previous Yoga experience needed, as this is a practice that suits absolutely beginners, those who are not bendy, or have injury, and those who are experienced practitioners.
