Ladies.. come and nourish yourselves with all the amazing practices of Yoga through all the stages, including pre and post menopause & hysterectomy.
During this time of our life, and it can effect us at any age, brings numerous associated symptoms, most common ones discussed are flushes, mood swings and night sweats, less discussed include, anxiety, depression, headaches, weight gain, tiredness, joint and muscle stiffness, lack of motivation/energy to tackle routine tasks, and the list goes on.
In this retreat we bring together the simple practices of Yoga, cooling, calming breaths, movement to nourish, acupressure and marma point massage, specific Yoga postures, sound work and the art of resting deeply and look at how we can use them to support the shift in hormones and nervous system and bring back the internal balance to your daily life mentally, emotionally and physically. These useful tools are then on hand as and when you need them.
There will be a break for tea & cake and a time to chat, and share with others in a safe and friendly circle. Also you will receive a gift of a Womans Blend essential oil created by Helen of Ymlacio Life

Lisa will be sharing with you how specific Yoga postures, breathing techniques, marma point and acupressure massage, as well as sound and relaxation can support your emotional and physical self. These useful tools are then on hand as and when you need them.
If you are peri-menopausal, menopausal or somewhere around there and would like join us, trying beautifully made and very tasty dishes, discovering a supportive and healing Yoga practice come and join us
2pm Yoga Welcome | Relaxation and cooling breath followed by easy to add in to your day supported Yoga postures for when you are hit my those hormonal shifts.
3.30pm Afternoon Tea | Sharing some delicious teas and treats for your body’s support in menopause. This is a safe environment to discuss the issues that the menopause raises within a lovely friendly group.
4pm Simple practices for muscle & bone health. Acupressure point massage to ease symptoms, breathing practices cool and calm.
5pm Yoga Nidra for Menopause | A guided relaxation
You do not need to have ever practiced Yoga to join this workshop, this is for EVERYONE who wishes to look at alternative ways to manage their menopause.
Booking is essential as we are only taking a small group for this workshop and we need to ensure everyone is welcomed with their mat space is prepared for you.
