Monday Monthly Classes

Time: Mondays 6pm to 7.15pm
Cost: £8 | Concessions £7 | Book online, or drop in, and you can use your Discount Class Pass. Can be purchased at reception or online.
Every month we run 4 different classes at 6pm on Monday evenings, this is so you can experience lots of styles and practices that will create body and mind wellbeing whether you are already practicing or if you are totally new and would like to dip in gently! You can drop into these classes, or you can pre book to save your mat.
Intro to Beginners Yoga with Sarah Deeley – Perfect if you are totally new or returning to Yoga after an absence? This class will guide you slowly and gently, learning the foundations of the practice so you know what goes where and showing you how your body and mind can do this. Mondays 3 June, 1 July, 5 August, 2 September
Beginners Pilates with Varsha Nagaraj – A Pilates class for beginners, each month Varsha will address different areas of the body, creating ease and comfort as well as strength and stamina. Mondays 8 July, 12 August, 9 September
Yin Yoga with Sarah Deeley – Slow it down, learn to stop and breathe into longer held postures as you encourage in a safe and supported way more physical flexibility. Everyone welcome. Mondays 17 June, 15 July, 19 August, 16 September
A Taste of Somatics with Lisa White – All lying down, deeply nourishing as we get you moving in a way you haven’t before, it’s fun and it’s suitable for everyone, even if you have trouble with regular classes or have injury of dis-ease, as this practice helps to break bad muscle memory giving you freedom to regain movement you thought had gone.
