An Introduction to Yoga Postures, a 3 Week Beginners Course for bends, twists & balances
Wk1. Bendy Week | Wk 2. Twisty Week | Wk 3. Balancing Week
This course will give you an understanding of some of the fundamental yoga postures, including exploration of how to make them work for you. Each week will concentrate on a different group of postures, a bendy week, a twisty week and a balancing week.
This course is be ideal if you are completely new to yoga, a returner or would like to improve your understanding of the postures you know and learn how to adapt them to suit you.

Dropping in? Pay £13 cash on the day (£6 per class) for both 6:15pm & 7:30pm classes (2 classes in total)
Booking the 3 week course? Pay £35 (£5.80 per class) for all 6:15pm & 7:30pm classes on all 3 dates (6 classes in total)
