Introducing myself, I am Varsha, a paediatric and public health dietitian by background and have worked in the NHS for over 19 years. I am registered with the HCPC

Clinics with Family Wellness Dietitian

Clinics with Family Wellness Dietitian

(Health and Care Professions Council) as an allied health professional and a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA). I am passionate about health and wellbeing and enjoy working with children and families.

My areas of speciality are pregnancy and early years nutrition, infant feeding including supporting breastfeeding and safe formula feeding, introduction to solids- healthy weaning practices, cow’s milk protein allergy and other allergies, selective eating, vitamin and mineral deficiencies such as iron deficiency anaemia, faltering growth and weight management.

I have twin girls myself and have first-hand experience of managing these different life stages 😊

I also have a good awareness about the culture and the dietary needs of South Asians, being Indian myself, and am interested in working with these client groups and other ethnic minority groups.

In addition to these, I am an advanced mindfulness practitioner and a Pilates teacher and I bring these holistic elements of wellbeing into my practice.
