I am an Integrative Psychosynthesis Therapist (MBACP) offering depth oriented therapeutic work for adults who are seeking clarity, steadiness, and a more authentic relationship with themselves. My practice is rooted in psychosynthesis: a holistic, relational approach that honours both our psychological patterns and our deeper human potential for meaning, creativity, and integration.

My way of working is gentle, attuned, and experiential. I bring together reflective dialogue with methods such as imagery, parts work, somatic awareness, and values based exploration. Alongside psychosynthesis, I integrate CBT, DBT, and attachment informed perspectives to support emotional regulation, pattern awareness, and the development of inner resources.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, identity concerns, relational and attachment patterns, burnout, life transitions, and the wider search for self understanding. My intention is to offer a therapeutic space that is steady, compassionate, and spacious. A place where clients can explore what feels painful, what feels possible, and what feels emerging in their lives.
