As we move once again from the confines of our homes & daily restrictions, we welcome you to our space sharing practices for your mind, breath & body

Lets get back into the swing of things, this too’ing and fro’ing is not doing any of us any good, so let us get you back on a roll, stretching deeply but safely, moving as though giving your body a big old yawn, getting rid of those tensions & tightness, breath for calm & breath for vitality and of course… relaxing.

ANYONE  can do this workshop. It’s open to all those who want to get back on the mat, being playful & explorative… and back in our beautiful church.

Over the 2 hours we will… 

  • Look at the things you can do daily to create good vagal tone to support you sympathetic nervous system to manage stress & anxiety.
  • Breathe… simply breath using techniques that have profound effects
  • Pandiculate ~ the art of a good stretch as you lie down, eyes closed & just listen to the easy instructions.
  • An aromatic treat from Ymlacio Life Aromatherapy to take home and enjoy.
  • Yoga Nidra ~ a guided relaxation.
