Come and discover a practice that brings to you movement that feels new and fresh, totally rejuvenating and deeply relaxation at the same time.

This practice is transformational… nothing is difficult, complex or requires any previous experience. You are invited to explore your own range of movement, discover what your body can do, and how it feels and with simple somatic sequence, (so simple your eyes can be closed for the full practice if you like) you will start to feel years of restriction, or long held, hard to shift injury or discomforts melting away.

The science behind the practice is down to the way we move, sequences which break muscle tensions and dis-ease within the holding patterns of the body and retraining the brain to relax the key muscles.

Hugely beneficial if you are a sports person or athlete, are suffering from injuries, old or new, habitual tightness or tensions, or have an illness that prevents you from attending a regular yoga class.
You will need : something warm and comfy to lie on, as well as cushion or pillow and to top you off another blanket for your warmth. If you have a mat, bring that too.

This 2 hour workshop is open to everyone even if you are new to yoga or have found it difficult in the past because we work with small gentle movements on our backs, side and front, no sitting, kneeling or standing postures.

All levels welcome including those who have never practiced Yoga
