Everyday we face enormous challenges juggling finances, family, career, and relationships which can be exhausting. So how can we find a way to destress and rid anxiety which in turn can cause all kinds of physical and mental malaise?

Learning the simple tools for relaxation with breath and meditation can help you find a balance, and improve your wellbeing… This afternoon class will include Pranayama (breathing techniques) to prepare the mind for sitting and stillness, followed by simple Meditation techniques. This is an introduction to the very practical and effective method of meditation in the style of the Himalayan tradition. This tradition employs relaxation, focus on the breath and very simple universal mantra techniques to lead the student towards a still, clear and relaxed mind
