  • Try not to drink liquids less than 30 minutes before the class, or eat solid foods 2 – 4 hours before. Your body needs time to digest food properly and eliminate liquids.
  • You should not practice Mysore style or Ashtanga Vinyasa on the first 3 days of your period or do any inversions. Ask your teacher for modifications and advice.
  • Please leave your shoes at the door and do not put them on again until you leave.
  • Please switch off your mobile phone.
  • Wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movements or breathing, and remember that yoga is always practised bare foot.
  • Try to avoid wearing strong perfumes whilst practising as this can be unpleasant or distracting for those next to you but out of consideration for your fellow students, please make sure that you maintain a respectable level of personal hygiene.
  • We reserve the right to change the class teachers without prior notice to the students.

  • We are closed for Easter Weekend and August Bank Holidays.
  • Reception is open only when classes are running, and 30 minutes before they begin.
